Product is Excellent but Delivery Partner Issues

I have ordered one pack of 3 for my Sister in law & one pack of 3 for me. While delivering my order, the Ekart dlivery person could not able to send me OTP on my registered mobile when tried multiple times. Hence, I had to cancel the order which OTP was received within seconds.
