What you’ll be doing

As the Mail Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our mail management operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing mail, as well as implementing strategies to optimize workflows and enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mail management or related field, with at least [X] years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of mail processing procedures, including sorting, routing, and delivery methods.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mail management software (e.g., Pitney Bowes, Neopost).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and security protocols related to mail handling (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and team building skills.
