  • Deep Fry : Thaw for 15 minutes. Deep Fry in preheated oil (176ºC) for 4-5 minutes or until the kebabs turn golden brown and crispy. Drain and place on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
  • Air Fry : Do not thaw. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper, place the four pieces of Hara Bhara Kebab in a single layer, spray with cooking oil/olive oil, set the oven temperature to 200°C, and air fry it for 9 minutes. Serve hot with chutney.

Chutney:

  • Microwave: Empty Contents of sachets into a microwaveable bowl and heat for 30-40 seconds on microwave high. Stir well before serving.
    Time adjustment may be required depending on the microwave oven.
